1. Appointment Requests

Appointments may be requested through our website, contact form, email or telephone. Submitting a request does not automatically reserve an appointment. Availability will be reviewed before confirmation is provided.

2. Appointment Confirmation

An appointment becomes confirmed only after you receive confirmation from our team. If your preferred time is unavailable, we may offer the next suitable appointment based on availability.

  • Appointment requests are reviewed during normal business hours.
  • Confirmation will normally be sent using your chosen contact method.
  • Please review your confirmed appointment details carefully.

3. Arrival at the Salon

To help appointments begin on time, customers are encouraged to arrive approximately 5–10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

  • Arriving early allows time for check-in.
  • Please inform us if you expect to be delayed.
  • Late arrival may reduce the available service time where necessary.
  • Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the customer during their visit.

4. Appointment Changes

If you need to change your appointment, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We will make every reasonable effort to arrange another suitable appointment based on current availability.

  • Changes requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment can normally be accommodated.
  • Alternative dates and times remain subject to availability.
  • Multiple appointment changes may affect future scheduling priority.

5. Appointment Cancellations

Customers who need to cancel an appointment should provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time whenever reasonably possible. Cancellation requests received with sufficient notice allow us to offer the appointment to other customers. Where advance payments apply, any refund will be considered in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Late Arrival

If you expect to arrive later than your confirmed appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your appointment where scheduling permits.

  • Arrivals of up to 10 minutes late may normally proceed if sufficient appointment time remains.
  • Arrivals of more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be shortened or rescheduled.
  • If a full service cannot reasonably be completed within the remaining appointment time, an alternative appointment may be offered.
  • Late arrival does not automatically extend the original appointment duration.

7. Missed Appointments

An appointment is considered missed when a customer does not attend the confirmed appointment and no cancellation notice has been received before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Repeated missed appointments may affect future appointment availability.
  • Advance payments, where applicable, will be reviewed in accordance with the Refund Policy.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact us promptly if unexpected circumstances prevent attendance.

8. Customer Responsibilities

To help us provide an efficient appointment experience, customers are asked to:
